Booking Rules

• Book one court only at the same times – either Court 1 or Court 2
• Maximum booking (per member per day) duration is 1.5 hours – only book what’s required. Try to be realistic about times rather than overbook. Typical bookings are 1 or 1.5 hours
• To ensure fairness to all members and that courts are actually used, there is no need to book too far ahead. Court bookings can be done one week in advance, with no courts continuously booked in advance beyond one week.

Note:

• Court numbers are only relevant for booking purposes – you can use whichever court is free when commencing play. It does not matter whether you booked Court 1 or Court 2. 
  
• All players names  (Initial and surname ok) are to added in field for booking. Families can just add name ‘and family’)
  
• If you forget to include all player names, you will need to delete the current entry and re-book correctly to add the names.
  
• If you have an existing booking, and your circumstances change, please modify or cancel as early as possible so other members can use it. You need to click on the actual booking to modify or to remove it. 
  
• Try to book 1 -2 hours ahead to avoid clashed with members still using web based booking form (notification will be provided when everyone on line)
